1: Can individual contest alone.(Do I have to be a hacker before I can contest)
2: Is Nigerian Programmers eligible for this contest

  Individuals are welcome to compete!

  Nigerian programmers are also welcome -- as long as they are physically present in either our Toronto or London location.
